Adsense URL channels report more earnings (30 to 50% more) than Google Analytics on for example last month's stats.
All pages load quick and both codes are installed.
Anyone else experiencing this?
Of course, AdSense is run on Pacific time and my Analytics sites are all set to Eastern, but the totals are still way off.
But then - across the board I lose about 15 - 20% in Analytics anyway - pageviews, visits, ecommerce transactions - the whole shmear. I use it as an indicator of trends, not as something that is dead accurate. If I were paying for it, I'd probably be more upset at the discrepancies.
The biggest use for me of Analytics is determining where the biggest source of Adsense revenues come from in terms of traffic
In our case, we found that we get the most income from traffic coming from Yahoo Answers. So I may have slackened my participation a bit before, but now jumpstarted again because the folks coming from that site are who clicks most on my Adsense ads

Here the data from one of my sites for March 1st to April 7th
$1,37 reported by Google Analytics
There is a link "Why are differences between the reports"
$323,05 is reported there
Google Adsense reports for this site
$1115,78
$620,46 from ad blocks
$495,31 from AdLinks
So there is 98,5% difference between my Analytics and AdSense stats.
Generate a report for the past month (or 30 days, whichever). Click CSV link, and in a spreadsheet sort by contextual/placement and seperate. Compare the sum of contextual to what Analytics was showing me.
It added nicely up for me at least,. Though I find the analytic adsense reports quite useless since they are missing what is (for me) a big percentage. (at least enough for me to not use this analytical feature except to figure out which pages are earning the most)
