As long as the clicks are not incentivised, I guess you could. I don't know how you would go about making the site crawleable to the mediabot though.

You can put adsense on password-protected pages. You have to set up them up in "Site Authentication" under "Adsense Setup".

What do you mean incentivised? I'm talking about a website where if they log-in enough times, they get paid.

[google.com...]

Reward for performance.

>>>As long as the clicks are not incentivised...

Meaning as long as you don't give incentives/rewards to your users for clicking your ads.

Well the site wouldn't pay the users to click the ads...but it pays the users to visit the website...

Incentive: "A concession or benefit allowance that is offered by the landlord to encourage the tenant to sign a lease or to renew a lease."

I'd write to support and ask first, rather than jeopardize the account.

or benefit allowance that is offered by the landlord...

Incentive has multiple meanings. What does that one have to do with this discussion, what point are you trying to make?

If you have CPM ads running on your site, you could be viewed as a "paid to surf" kind of site which is reason for account termination.

Before you contact support, keep in mind that if the overall site traffic or expected earnings is low, it is easier for them to terminate your account or label it as a risk. So make sure to include the option to turn off cpm in your message to them as well as stressing that there will be no incentives for ad clicking.

CPM:

Cost Per Thousand (roman numeral M=1000). CPM advertising models are based upon advertisers purchasing page views in blocks of 1000. If a website displays 7000 page views with banners, the site has just shown 7 blocks. If they are receiving $8 cpm, then they just made $56..

As long as your dont tell your users to click on the ads or reward them for clicking on the ads, your ok.

I wouldnt contact Google, as you might get you account disabled because they didnt understand your question correctly.
