Does your check arrives open? Mine does.

I asked the courier and according to them it is the Customs who open my package.
But what for? It's so tiny. What it could contain?

I think Google makes a mistake by labeling "delivery duty unpaid". That makes them think they have to open it and tax it. But, who pays duties to receive a piece of paper!?
The federal taxes I pay to the mexican IRS-equivalent are totally unrelated with importation taxes.

Well, you know how mexican customs are. The important thing is that you receive your check without any damage. I often receive packages from outside Mexico and most of them arrive closed.

Have you already received January's check? I'm from Mexico too and the Estafeta guy hasn't arrived with my check.

It appears that January Checks delayed are not just limited with Philippine Adsenser

Chocorol:

I received mine by DHL.

The DHL tracking website says they just sent the check on March 1st, from Dublin. And it took 6 days to arrive (they came yesterday, but we were not at home).

Thanks fischermx. I've checked and there's a tracking code from OCASA in my control panel, it says my check was sent on march 5th so I guess it shouldn't take very long for them to deliver it.
