i have never heard of anyone getting contacted by google and receviing a warning for breaking the tos, and let give you a chance to better yourself before banning you.

do they do this? sometimes? why not all the time? it would really be interesting to hear. i have never heard anyone in here talk about that.

it would make ME sleep better for SURE! :-)

I once got one. It was related to Mature Content. One of our websites is a travel guide for large US city and under our nightlife section we listed clubs, bars, local casinos and strip clubs. The warning was for a strip club page. No nude pics just a name and street address but somehow it was a Mature content for Google. I removed the ads from the nightlife section. (later I removed AdSense from all pages)

Of course, you might sleep even better if you never planned to violate their TOS, or even come close to the line.
