obviously this wouldn't work for cheques, but who uses those these days?
also, as a secondary question: what is required to charge a credit card? just a device? or some sort of deal with all the major credit card companies? i never understood that.
Have you found *anything* you like about AdSense yet?
As for credit card transactions, look up [merchant account]. Look at the fees and you might start understanding the answer to your question.
Anyway, no system currently exists that would facilitate instant bank transfers.
If you want paid on demand sell your own direct advertising, just like I do. The advertiser inputs the credit card details and KACHING! the money is in my account in 2 days. Of course that's still 2 days later, it's not instantly.

I've never believed in reincarnation, but now I'm beginning to wonder ...
There was a poster a year or so back asking similar questions; constantly dissing Adsense, ridiculing ToS and trying to find ways round everything he thought shouldn't apply to him. I seem to recall he got booted from the program very quickly.
Perhaps a little more work on the website(s) and a little less time spent trying to circumvent the rules would produce greater long-term dividends?
...you all dont give a damn about anything other than making money?
So the fact that we're focused is a problem?
If you spent as much time working on your site that you spend complaining about AdSense perhaps you would be making enough money that you wouldn't have time to dwell on such fruitless topics.
