I would put another set of ads after line 5 & 6.

Then remove lines 1-6 and see your CTR skyrocket. You are pretty close to this anyway.

You can do it, but don't count on the reader ever coming back. And if Google ever reviews your site manually (e.g., because of invalid clicks), you may not pass the "sniff test."

I have to apologize that the question was not clear.
what I mean by
line1
line2
ad
line3
line4
ad

was that can I place google ads after every 10-15 lines since my article page is about 40-50 line and sometimes more.
so is this kind of Intersperse of ad and content allowed with or without blending ad with content.

Sure it is allowed. But the more ads you have the less likely visitors will like or trust your site. And you may find that fewer ads will bring in as much or more than many ads. Typically the less ad space on your site the more competitive your space is an you'll usually see higher EPC.

I would recommend one ad block after some amount of article. then experiment with blending vs contrasting colors until you get the best combination.

Many people recommend placing the ad at the end of the article. This gives your site a better look and will likely keep visitors coming back. Building for the long term as EFV might say.

Thank you.

I have to ask google as I am confused now.

I thought once google support told me not to interperse ads with the content alternately.

Look at how respectable publishers do it (e.g., NYT). Adsense always at the end of the article. Contrast with MFAs: always at the beginning. (Few exceptions IME.)

If your content is of such low quality that nobody will read it to the end, no point having an ad there... :/ Focus on quality. Quality content is king.
