they asked me to answer some questions , i was sending them emails to resolve the invalid clicks, they asked me how did i like the service and how they can make it better.

anyone else? or just me for having invalid clicks and trying to sort it out

Smartpricing is bad,
Invalid clicks = funds on hold.

Life sucks when adsense sucks, depression sets in... i bet someone has jumped off a roof since 2003... and what else... did i mention smartpricing sucks?

I find that really strange of them considering the circumstances, kind of like...

" how good and effective do you think our service has been at blocking your account, investigating you for possible click fraud and making you feel totally wretched and miserable "?

are they taking the piss or what?
