Fearing to get banned by association

Just recently, one of my co-workers was approved for adsense. The guy doesn't stop boosting his website and how he's gonna make money with adsense to everybody, despite of his site being really sucks.

He is using computers in our office to login to adsense and update his website, which I also use to login to my adsense account. There is a lot of possibility that he will get banned sooner or later base on his behaviour towards adsense. I am fearing now that my account is being associated by google to his and when he get banned, I will also get the kick.

Should I tell google about this for the record?

Thanks

I too have worried about logging onto my adsense account on other computers. There are a number of considerations to take into account:-

1) Is it likely that a user of that computer will visit my site and click on an ad.

2) Is Google's software going to discount minor "anomalies" like this and has some way of determining user rather than IP.

Personally I think the algorithm used can distinguish between different users rather than being solely IP based. There are many computers and networks used by many users (either individually sharing or concurrently). For example universities, large companies etc.

However Google from my experience acts in a totally reasonable, rational and logical way whenever there is a problem (even if the problem has been caused by them they actually fix it - unlike some companies I could name).

The larger you are as a publisher though - because of there being less statistical variation - the less chance that you'll be incorrectly flagged. I'm pretty sure their software already discounts clicks from non-human visitors anyway. Please note the above is mostly speculation.
