No, it's against the TOS to include it in programs.

What you can do is to place alink to a page which user will land and see your targeted ads.

What you can also do is to provide final pages of the book online only, so the user will have to visit you website with adsense to complete the book (most suitable if you have a free ebook, or if a paid one you can offer BONUS content on your webiste)
