Someone is running high paying CPM campaign on my site.

Or I don't know how it works ...

I get a report at adsense control panel separating "Contextual" from "Site". I have a lot of channel, one for each product on it, so I clearly see.
I see in some of this Channel 1-Impressions $0.06, or 1-Impression $0.07.
If I do the math, does it mean, that if I get more traffic for it I would be getting $60-70 eCPM?
Is this assumption correct? or are there more factors to consider?

I'm not sure what you are seeing exactly. But when I log onto my stats, click advanced reports and then select by channel and by ad unit and click show targeting type I can see what channels site targeted ads have appeared on.

The page actually has the ecpm figures for all channels, and all site targeted ads in the channels. You don't need to calculate it.

I don't know how (or if) you can get more site targeted ads - Google selects them for you and there aren't any options for you to have any input into ad selection. If you increase your overall traffic, then Google might show a different mix of ad types depending on what they think will work best, and that may or may not include a different ratio of site targeted ads.

Don't forget that eCPM is calculated from your results not a fixed value.

If you increase your traffic, it doesn't necessarily follow that the eCPM will not change. eCPM from the content network for instance can be orders of magnitude less than the search network - but can generate orders of magnitude more traffic (occasionaly)
