Does Smartpricing apply to all channels?

what happens when many sites are under one account?

What happens if you have multiple websites under the same account and this portfolio covers a broad range of site types?

For Example: Site1.com is a popular forum, that has a low CTR (forums normally do), but nonetheless makes some money from adsense.
Site2.com is a product review site that attracts highly targetted readers, but has a relatively low number of page impressions.

If both sites are owned by the same person and therefore under the same account, will Site1 "drag down" Site2 in terms of Smartpricing?

My impression is that it applies to all ads on your account. If I am wrong I hope AdSense Adviser will step in and tell us.

I know there are more pages where I would put AdSense ads if I were sure they wouldn't hurt my overall earnings.
