if an advertiser has taken up the offer

You can't see if an advertiser used that option. But you can see if your site is targeted.

Go to your advanced reports. Then choose "Show information per individual ad". Then check the "Show information per ad type box".

For me it is all in dutch. So I hope I translated it all correctly.

Why is that?. With the English language you can communicate with about half the world!

With my natural language I can speak with only 16M people.

For us "dutch" it's absolutely necessary to learn foreign languages. But I guess it takes me way more time to write a post on this site as you do.
