Irrelevancy: Shows Proper Ads in Preview Tool but Irrelevant Ad on Pages

I run a Articles Site. I am based in India but the site is hosted on US Server. I many a times get irrelevant Adsense Ads.

Eg.
I have one article on itunes and immediate next article on Feng Shui. I see proper ads on itunes page but same itunes ad on Feng Shui page which are irrelevant.

I have used Section Targeting, Heading Tags with Keywords, Keywords in Title etc. but still I get Irrekevant Ads.

Furthermore if I check with Preview Tool I see the right ads but my actual page shows Irrelevant Ads.

there are typically two different kinds of targeting problems:
1)if the page lost it's targeting, google can and will fix that.
2)advertisers pick the wrong keyword combos.

i can't think of any common keywords between Feng Shui and itunes, so it sounds like number 1? i would suggest emailing adsense support, i have seen a new attitude with them, wrt bad targeting, that wasn't there before... they actually escalated my bad targeting problem up the ladder, and removed some legitimate advertisers who weren't correctly using relevant keyword combos.
