i have been gone for a long time is this a new way of code from adsense.
and below the adsense code you can see the js output script. is this a violation against TOS.

<script type="text/javascript">
<!--
google_ad_client = 'pub-';
google_ad_output = 'js';
google_ad_channel = '43551512055253453';
google_max_num_ads = '3';
google_safe = 'high';
google_feedback = "on";
google_ad_type = "text_image";
google_hints = "Web design development";
google_image_size = "468x60";
//-->
</script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/show_ads.js"></script>

here is the google_ad_output = 'js'; i think.

function google_ad_request_done(google_ads) {
if (google_ads.length > 0) {
if (google_ads[0].type == 'text') {
if (google_ads.length > 1) {
var gout='\n<div class="goog" style="position:relative;">\n';
gout+='<div class="gadd"><a href="'+google_info.feedback_url + '">Ads by Google</a></div>\n';
for(var i = 0; i < google_ads.length; ++i) {

gout+='<a class="ga" href="' + google_ads[i].url + '" >' +google_ads[i].line1 + '</a> \n';
gout+='<a class="gb" href="' + google_ads[i].url + '" >'+google_ads[i].line2 +' ';
gout+= google_ads[i].line3 + '</a> \n';
//gout+= ' <a class="gc" href="' + google_ads[i].url + '">';
//gout+= google_ads[i].visible_url +'</a>';
gout+='<br />';
}
gout+='</div> \n';
}else{
var gout='\n<div class="googbut rgh" style="position:relative;">\n';
gout+='<div class="gadd mhead"><a href="'+google_info.feedback_url + '">Ads by Google</a></div>\n';
gout+='<div class="gaddbod"><a class="ga" href="' + google_ads[0].url + '" >' +google_ads[0].line1 + '</a> \n';
gout+='<a class="gb" href="' + google_ads[0].url + '" >'+google_ads[0].line2 +' </a>';
gout+= '<a class="gb" href="' + google_ads[0].url + '" >'+google_ads[0].line3 + '</a>\n';
gout+='</div>';
gout+='</div> \n';
}

}else if(google_ads[0].type == 'image'){
var gout='<a href="' + google_ads[0].url + 'style="text-decoration: none">';
gout+='<img src="' + google_ads[0].image_url+'height="' + google_ads[0].height +'" width="' + google_ads[0].width +' border="0" />';
gout+='</a>';
}

}

document.write(gout);
return;

Did you find it on a popular web site? Could be a premium publisher. They have a "hint" line.

"premium publisher" is not a WebmasterWorld term. It refers to AdSense publishers who have something above 10 million page impressions AND have been invited by Google to be a premium publishers. Premium publishers can do things the rest of us can't, though on the other hand they are much more under Google's eye.

Re "sticky." You can send an internal email to other WebmasterWorld members, and they can send them to you. So, if someone wanted to know more about that publisher, they could contact you. Those emails are called stickys, for some reason....
