Why can't I log into Adsense?

Auto saved on computer and everything

I am using the correct user name and password, been signing in for years and is even auto saved on my computer. Now it says I am using the wrong information. Did they change something and if so how do I go about logging in?

Also important...this is my first login on the google systems today so it isn't on of those login "refresh" issues.

Hi,

First: don't panic!

Second: clear your browser's cache. Shut down ALL browser instances (including any only showing up in Task Manager or its equivalent, without visible windows) or reboot your machine.

Third: login to your AS account manually.

I'll be astonished if that sad-but-true sequence does not have you back in to AS!

And if all that fails try getting your password re-set.

(Anyone any ideas wahat causes this?)

I can't log in either. I followed your suggestions, cleared cache, history, etc. It seems to lock up the browser when I attempt to login. I have to close the window, and open a new one.

This has been happening since Saturday.

Also, how can I reset password if I can't log in?

I finally got signed in, but it took two full reboots. Not sure if the reboots helped, or if something else is going on.

Another interesting thing is that I'm not able to view Payment History page for several day now. I simply get notification that engineers have been notified about this error and are working on solving it. Does anyone have similar problem?

I just checked. I can see my payment history page just fine.

Well, the Adsense site has been excruciatingly slow for me this past week or two... I don't know if the problem is from my end or theirs, but other google services (searches, etc) are fine.

I'd like to add, my speed problems only occur with Firefox. Weird. It could be an extension that was updated recently and is messing with it all.
