Refreshing Adsense Earnings

Is the "overview" the fastest page to get updated?

I know you all love click - refreshing your adsense earnings. How up to date is the info on the overview page? It seems like it only updates once in awhile (it's not live).

I'm new, what do you obsessed adsensers do when your bored to get the most up-to-date data?

each page has a local page cache timeout set to your browser upon viewing it, use your date queries and pick stupid dates to get new data.

what do you mean...go to advanced reports, and search from

Today

to

Next Month

and this will give me the most up to date stats for today?

Go to the advanced page - and choose a date range from today to "tommorrow" for example.

Problem is, next time I access the advanced page, I have to advance "tommorrow" another day to get an updated result.

Stop this please - I'm trying to fight my addiction to checking my stats continuously - tips on how to get the latest data update won't help me. :-)

I have found I'm getting addicted to checking the threads for updates too.

Neither of these help my productivity - does anyone have any could cures? (Remembering of course that the clicks only come in if you look)

Thanks for the link. I see it not just my problem.

Anyone know where I can buy some cheap yellow pads & self discipline?

The thread doesn't explain hot to keep the clicks coming in within the stats check to pull on them though! :-)

When I want to view the latest AdSense reports, I quit Firefox (which has been configured to empty the cache when quitting) and then open it again. (I use the handy Adsense Notifier extension for Firefox, which logs on automatically when Firefox is opened.)

Viewing the reports for "this month" or "all time" often provides figures that are more current than the Overview. I've even seen all three reports give slightly different numbers.
