If I have one bar on the left with google adsense and one on the right that say´s links and resources, relating to the article the two are framing. And the fonts and background are the same, is it deceptive?

"It depends"; if a reasonable person might be deceived, then it's deceptive.

If you set out to deceive, then it's definitely deceptive ;)

Best to get someone who's views you respect to look at it for you.

Do I assume columns?

that say´s links and resources, relating to the article the two are framing.

Not permitted if it is directly above AdSense.

Labeling Ads

Publishers may not label the ads with text other than "sponsored links" or "advertisements." This includes any text directly above our ads that could be confused with, or attempt to be associated with Google ads.

And the fonts and background are the same, is it deceptive?

No, it is commonly known as blending.

Do I assume columns?

Yes that is the word.

To clarify, in center there is the main content. To the left there is a column with adsense labeled "ads by google". To the right there is a column with links related to the content labeled "links and resources"
Both columns will have same background, same fonts and same configuration, i.e. in links and resources there will be a short description of the link with the url below.
I´m not setting out to trick anyone, rather for the symetry in look and design.

doesn't sound dishonest to me, but you can always send a copy of the page to Google to have them check it out to make sure *they* say it's OK.
