Not sure how many EU publishers are there where their websites target primary USA market and other English speaking region but since the US dollar state in the last 12-year high against the euro i see dramatically improving in CPC.

It is actually logical because USA target website have mostly USA advertisers who buy their space in Dollar. And since EU publisher are payed in EU then is strong dollar become meaning for high CPC.

Anyone similar experience?

My US EPCs are all over the place with absolutely no consistency whatsoever, the exchange rate may be benefitting me sometimes but when my average EPC varies between USD 0.25 and USD 1.00+ it hardly has any effect whatsoever.

This has always been the case for Australians. The EPC has always fluctuated since 2003.

YES it is EPC - Earnings per click.

CPC - Cost per click is if you are an AdWords participant. How it crept into AdSense I don't know. Unless someone thought it was Cash Per Click.

Just my, not so humble opinion... That left a wide opening for Netmeg.
