Welcome to the community.

Sorry to hear this, but there's a huge proportion of website owners experiencing traffic losses, if not the wiping out of their sites completely through changes to Google's algorithms during the period from early 2023 to mid 2024. The first thing is to identify when your losses occurred, then see if they tie into the widely reported declines around the HCU ( helpful content update) and subsequent core updates. At least this will be a start to understand more and for others to provide inputs if possible.

Have a look through this thread which may help: [webmasterworld.com...]

You’re definitely not alone! Drops in traffic and indexed pages can happen for a bunch of reasons, especially in niches like health where Google is super strict with its E-E-A-T (Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) standards. It could be from a recent algorithm update, technical issues like broken links or slow site speed, or even Google de-indexing pages for duplicate or low-quality content.

First, check Google Search Console to see if there are crawl errors or penalties. Then, review your content to ensure it’s well-researched, accurate, and up-to-date (citing reliable sources helps!). Also, look into your backlink profile—bad links could hurt rankings. If it’s a recent algorithm shake-up, focus on improving content quality and wait it out a bit.
