You're going need to look at your site very critically and see whether the quality of your site measures up to the increasingly high levels that Google is setting.
Have you had a native English speaker look at the quality of writing on your site?
Additionally, in case your problems are link related...
- did you control the inbound links to your site?
- is the quality of your content good enough or unique enough to suggest that your inbound links were natural?
- if you had a Webmaster Tools account, did you receive any messages from Google about the quality of your links?
I found the google can index 3-4 pages per 3 days or one week.
Have you made changes to the site before or after the ranking change?
