i think it is hinting at the change-as-you-type search results that will be announced tomorrow.

Yes, the Google logo is all gray and then each gray letter fills in with color as you type... I'm sure hinting at what's to come.

If the changing serp as-you-type feature is as previously previewed, I'm wondering whether typing in d-r-a-m-a-m-i-n-e will disable it.
