When that does happen, would it be possible for us to see the actual links on that new site or only pass LJ to the new site without actually seeing the number links pointed to new website?
Does 301 pass the penalty or anything that you have done bad on your old website to new website?
When we do 301 redirect, does it make it different on how we are doing it (eg. 301 the whole domain / 301 page by page)
All your answer will be appreciated.

It depends on how bad you've been ;)

Several Google engineers have recommended page specific 301's as much as possible.
G1smd i have question for you?
[what do you mean by "A redirection chain will pass nothing at all"?]
My questions is simple: i dont care about the page rank pass on, assuming my old sites has established with links, if i move it to new site will those links pass on to the new site?
If yes would i be able to see it by typing command "link:www.domain.com" in Google / Yahoo? or it just pass the link juice only!

If you mean all URLs on site A redirect to the same page on Site B, then, yes, that is a good idea. It can often be achieved with just two lines of code.
If you mean that all internal URLs of Site A redirect to one specific page (usually the root index page) of Site B, then, no, this is usually NOT a good idea.
