Will there be a job for webmasters in the future?

I recently came accross www.gbbo.co.uk. GBBO provide a free website and free domain name for businesses. The gbbo website says it is a joint venture that includes Google, but the terms seem to indicate it is Google owned. As the owner of a small web design agency, I feel the ever assimilating growth of Google. I seriously wonder if I will have a job in a few years.

The problem is a lot of businesses will see this as a real alternative to web design firms. Again this might be seen as an example of Google moving into yet another market.

Google can get their investment back with 2 adword clicks when those businesses are pushed into using it.

This has been around for a long time. 2-3 years, at least. Free hosting for your pages.

But you don't get a free domain name. And you can't use your own domain name.

So... it's for personal use (my cat has her webpage on Google's hosting).

Not sure if this is the same thing as Google pages, it lets you point a domain name to their service as a CNAME.

No this is totally different. Its aimed squarely at small businesses.

...But you don't get a free domain name. And you can't use your own domain name

This is different, Google let you choose a free domain for this free business website.

GBBO is a joint initiative by Google, Enterprise UK, BT, e-skills UK

It seems more like one of the many harebrained bureaucrat ideas where "everyone" should be online and "every" business should have a web site.
