My website has been taken over by Cloud Flare!

I dont use CloudFlare, and my website hosting is working perfectly, NS and DNS are showing all correct within the control panels.- no signs of hacking here.

However when doing DNS lookups via the internet, I get alternating answers. It seems CloudFlare has NS records for my domain which are pointing at some Spanish website:
A 37.1.201.95 ttl 299 37.1.201.95 37.1.201.95
NS liz.ns.cloudflare.com ttl 21599 173.245.58.189 liz.ns.cloudflare.com
NS lynn.ns.cloudflare.com ttl 21599 173.245.59.201 lynn.ns.cloudflare.com

I cant seem to get hold of CloudFlare as their phone support tells me to use the web support, and the website support form just returns 'A server error occurred'

I'm really annoyed at CloudFlare, I tried them out years ago when they first appeared and discovered that there is a lot more cons than pros, and now they still cause me problems even without using their services. I'm guessing someone has managed to create NS records using my domain name with them - should their servers be allowing this?

When people add domains to cloudflare they're asked to change their nameservers to 2 specific CF nameservers out of a pool of several thousand they use. They do it this way in case multiple people try adding a domain, they know who has true ownership.

I don't see how someone would be able to add your site to cloudflare unless they were able to change the nameservers for your site to the CF ones via the reseller/registrar that you use for your domain, or indeed whoever you delegates your nameservers to via them.

yep, I really dont know how they did it either. It seems the correct NS is active, but CloudFlare is over riding most servers.

I think someone might be listening to my calls as the DNS is starting to return back to normal; still got no replies from any of the support channels though.

Did you check your registrar account or the whois information for the domain?
