Strange abuse claim

What are they trying to achieve?

I just received an abuse claim regarding a news blog in Spanish with local news through my web hosting company, obvious fake, and I can't find an explanation.

- the claim comes from a name absolutely unrelated to this business, a Dolly-Parton-blonde breast surgeon from Miami; her phone doesn't exist and he uses a Gmail account
- the claim is related to a press release from a public institution of the Spain Government and the source where I supposedly copied the text is still publicly available in the "Notas de prensa" (Press releases) section of its website

What they are trying?

- maybe somone is trying to remove all news online about the issue (people on trial for corruption and bribery)?
- some kind of sophisticated hijacking of websites?
- a new ramsonhosting technique?
- have I an enemy in the shadows trying to f*ck up my business without showing up?

Keep in mind this is not a joke. I have just 24 hours to reply the claim (I did it already); else my whole server could be blocked by the hosting company (that includes Sundays and holidays).

Most likely your site was found by an unleashed bot looking for any reference that under the EU right to be forgotten could be used to come after you. You're collateral damage in the extent that these folks trust their algos but never put a human eye on the results before sending off a notice.
