Creative Commons: "Save as" can be changed?

I wish to put pictures under CC BY-SA 3.0 license on my website.

I apply all the requirements:

1) I place the PHOTO word that contains a link to the source.
2) I write the name of the author of the photo.
3)I write the title if one is provided.
4) And I write the name of the license with a link to the license.

So it looks like this: PHOTO: Mr Author / CC BY-SA 3.0. (with links in the word PHOTO and in CC BY-SA 3.0)

My question is this: when I download the photo on my computer, take an example, assume that the "Save as" is 000111222. jpg for this photo.

Am I allowed to change the "Save as" for "Pretty girl in bikini" for example? Or if I am also obliged to keep the "Save as" 000111222.jpg?

Because obviously when I upload this picture on my website, the "Save as" will become "pretty girl in bikini" and not the 000111222.jpg?

So are we allowed to change the "Save as" original or if we need to keep that of the source?

The reason I want to do this is that I think this may be a signal (a weak signal I agree) for Google.

I do not know if I formulated my question clearly ... but thank you very much in advance for your answers. :)

The downloaded material is required to keep the same CC BY-SA 3.0 license that was originally applied, but because it allows derivative works, I don't see how there can be a requirement to maintain everything in identical format other than the license type. If you use the image you comply with the terms by re-licensing your image with CC BY-SA 3.0 and crediting the original license "Author" and show attribution with the original license link.

Note: IANAL and this is my personal interpretation of their plain language license descriptions at [creativecommons.org...] but there may be more to it than the summary there presents. Maybe others have more direct experience to share.

Thank you a lot.
It's about what I think too.

Yes maybe others will have different point of views.

The only relevant point of view is what the license says, and CC BY-SA does not require you to preserve the file name.
Apart from that, the file name is not the result of a creative effort, so it's not protected by copyright to begin with.

The photo is the property, not the filename. I wouldn't worry about it.
