I'm interested in creating a website that streams anime videos. I've come across many websites that stream videos from outside sources while using disclaimers containing phrases such as:

"None of the videos on this website are hosted on our servers or servers of staff, family members or otherwise related in any way whatsoever. Unless otherwise stated, all videos on this site are uploaded by and hosted on the servers of third-parties...."

I'd like to follow in these websites' footsteps and create my own website that provides links to (but doesn't directly host) anime videos. How safe are the owners of these websites? With the proper disclaimers, is it possible to stream videos from outside sources without falling into troublesome legal issues?
