maybe somebody can give me a pointer on how to proceed.

We are running a motorsport website with content mainly related to racing event and therefore time
connected - i.e. Baja 1000 is now "hot" for us since the race is in a week.

Now yesterday I made a phone interview with a race team and published the audio file together with a post on our site (it's a WP CMS with own domain) just to find my interview a few hours later at a Blogger website that is claiming it's their interview (...with my voice)

In fact they did even hotlink to my content - I have screen shots of the code and normal display.

I did for now change the file name and look into blocking this by .htaccess.

I read the steps in the Google webmaster section on DMCA complaints and will do that but this is an time related issue in my opinion since the race is coming on and there are not much going on the rest of the year in that topics.

What can I do fast to get that solved - off the other website/blogger?

If it is of concern for advise: the server I publish of is located in Germany, we are in Mexico, the offender is in USA.
