Four men who run one of the most popular file-sharing sites in the world have been charged with conspiracy to break copyright law in Sweden.

The site doesn't actually host the copyrighted material.
If convicted, the four men could face a maximum of two years in prison.
Its just a search engine to find bit torrent files. You could do the same thing with Google by using the features of advanced search.
I don't think the lawsuit stands a chance.
