Forum Moderators: not2easy
After doing it for so many years building websites, I've come across a couple of articles that suggest that this might not be the best thing to do for SE crawl-ability. I can't site the article right now, because like a dummy I've lost the link, but I remember reading that well formed grammar is easier for the bots to follow, let alone the perception of your visitor.
Now, knowing that, Google, for instance, weighs the <strong> tag a little different than the <b> (bold) tag, so that tells me that the Goog does have some contextual considerations to go through.
I like Capitalizing Power Words, because in a sea of content, you can draw attention to certain terms, even though it's not grammatically correct.

If there's one rule to abide by, it is users first, then search engines. If what you want to highlight is important to the users, chances are it is important to the search engines. Take a quick look at this page and tell me what text stands out...

Since you are remembering a crawlability (indexing?) issue, the articles were most likely talking about using CamelCase in file names - MyPage.asp and the like. The problems there can be many, it is best to stay all lower case.
